Everything we sell is a decorative piece, chosen and photographed to show exactly what arrives. Please read this before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is the wrong item
We replace it or refund you in full, and we pay all shipping costs both ways. You are never charged to return something that reached you broken or incorrect.
To raise a claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photographs of the item and of the outer packaging as it arrived.
- We arrange the pickup. Please keep the original box until the claim is settled.
We confirm within 2 working days and either dispatch a replacement or refund you to the original payment method within 7 working days of the item being collected.
Because these are fragile pieces, we recommend recording a short video as you open the parcel. It is not mandatory, and we will not refuse a genuine claim without one, but it settles a damage claim in minutes rather than days.
If you have changed your mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Once an item has been delivered undamaged and matches its product photographs, the sale is final.
We have made that choice deliberately rather than hide it in the fine print. Return freight on a metal serving set costs more than the piece is worth to either of us. Instead we would rather you knew exactly what was coming, so every listing carries photographs, dimensions and the piece count in the set.
If a listing's photographs or dimensions turn out to be wrong, that is our error and not a change of mind, and it is covered by the section above.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Contact us with your order number. Once a parcel is handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but the damage and defect protections above still apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the item. For prepaid orders the full amount including any shipping paid is refunded. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
What this policy does not cover
- Minor variation in colour, finish or crystal tone. These are hand-finished pieces and no two are perfectly identical. Photographs are representative.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery, except where a manufacturing defect becomes apparent in normal use.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
