During Diwali in particular, courier networks run slower than usual. We publish a last-order date before each festival so that gifts arrive in time.
Delays outside our control
Once a parcel is with the courier, transit times depend on their network. We will chase any parcel that stalls, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address and pincode at checkout. A parcel returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available can be re-dispatched, with the second shipping charge payable by you.
